It's almost time for World Card Making Day 2015!!!

Hi everyone!
I am back from an AMAZING 5 days away with Catherine, Maureen, Heather and Michele from CAS-ual Fridays.  (If you follow me on Facebook and Instagram, I have posted a few pictures)  We were in upstate NY.  We not only had tons of fun, but we also "worked".  While we were there I made some cards for World Card Making Day!

Did you know we celebrate BIG on StampNation?!!!

In celebration of this big day, we have planned entire weekend of prizes, challenges, inspiration and video tutorials!  The fun begins on Friday...are you a member?!

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

Merry Monday #173

Hi everyone!
Time for another Merry Monday Challenge.
This week I am your challenge hostess and I challenge you to create a Christmas card using rainbow colors.

I started my card by die cutting a circle from the white card stock.  I then used a new background builder stamp set by Clearly Whimsy Stamps to stamp the stars in rainbow colors.  I love how the stars are in a "wave".  Makes for a fun design.  The sentiment is also from Clearly Whimsy stamps embossed in white on black cardstock.

Make sure you check out the other DT members cards over at the Merry Monday challenge blog.
I hope you will join us!
Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

Stamps:  Christmas Backgrounds, Tag It! Christmas (Clearly Whimsy Stamps)
Ink:  Versafine black, Pure Poppy, Orange Zest, Dandelion (Memento), New Leaf, Tempting Turquoise, Pacific Point, Royal Velvet, Versamark
Paper:  White, Black
Accessories:  Stitched Circle dies (Lil' Inker), White embossing powder.

Merry Monday #171

Hi everyone!
Time for another Merry Monday Challenge.
This week Kathy challenges us to make the sentiment the focal point of our Christmas card.

I love this Over the Edge: Merry stamp by Damask Love.  This is my first time using it since I purchased it so long ago but this challenge gave me the perfect opportunity to ink it up.  I stamped on DSP, trimmed the bottom at an angle and added some holly and berries to finish it off.

Since this is my very first time using this stamp I can play over at Darnell's NBUS challenge!

I am also playing over at Christmas Card Challenges-Anything goes.

Make sure you check out the other DT members cards over at the Merry Monday challenge blog.
I hope you will join us!

Thank you for visiting and have a great day!

Over the last 2 days we have showcased 19*BRAND NEW* red rubber stamps/stamp sets, 3 new Clearly Whimsy clear sets, and 3 Shapeology Die Sets. All of these new products are available to buy from the Whimsy Stamps store and from selected Whimsy Stamps retailers.

Our design team members have created amazing cards and projects featuring these new goodies, we hope you have enjoyed the hops over the last 2 days. Today, we have more inspiration to share and we hope you will hop along with us for the last chance to win a Whimsy Gift Voucher during our September release.

I used the Funky Christmas tree die and previously released sentiment stamps & Border dies.

I die cut the funky tree from Champagne glimmer paper.  I love how this delicate die can make a statement on your card.  The bottom of the black cardstock was cut using the Stitched Borders Dies Trio and the sentiment is from Christmas Greetings.

My card for today features these products from Whimsy Stamps.
